Instrument Study

The study of a musical instrument offers many benefits to children. Through instrumental music, children develop greater self-confidence, responsibility, mental and physical disciplines, coordination and dexterity. There is a strong body of research that links academic success to the study of instrumental music, however, music for its art is equally important. It is one of the few disciplines where emotional learning is central. Students who take music study seriously generally have improved self esteem, better study habits, and the ability to communicate in non-verbal ways.
