KinderGym is a movement class designed for children ages 3-5 including floor gymnastics, tumbling, acrobatics, and gross motor development. Each session incorporates music appreciation and academic readiness, helping to foster self-esteem and independence in each child. Instructors use a variety of equipment such as mats, low beams, and obstacle courses to create a fun and safe environment. Kindergym aims to support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children, while helping them build a sense of self-awareness and connection with others.
Kindergym® is designed to provide boys and girls, ages 3-5, with fun activities including floor gymnastics, tumbling, acrobaics, gross motor development, and movement education. Music appreciation and academic readiness skills are incorporated into each activity as our Kindergym® instructors work to build each child’s self-esteem and independence.
