Our Foundation and Faith

As a Catholic School, we have a strong relationship with our parish, Church of the Transfiguration. You can find more information about our church here: www.transfigurationnyc.org 

True to our core mission, we offer education to children and families of all faiths and backgrounds. We offer the sacraments to children of the Catholic faith through our youth program.

Second grade Catholic children enrolled in Transfiguration School are prepared for the sacraments of First Reconciliation (Confession) and First Communion and Seventh and Eighth grade Catholic students are prepared for the sacrament of Confirmation in coordination with the Director of Religious Education of Transfiguration Church.  

A small fee is charged by the Church for registration and administration of the sacraments.
