We offer two types of educational programs: Traditional and NYC DOE.
Our Traditional Program is our private, paid and funded tuition, faith-based program for PreK3 through 8th Grade. Follow steps below for admissions into this program.
Our 3K and PreK for All program is our NYC Department of Education funded program offered to any student in NYC for free. Register on myschools.nyc.gov and search for Transfiguration to apply for a seat in this program.

Apply for Entry and Schedule an Assessment
Complete an application form (FORM HERE) and submit electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail/in person at your child's School Campus OR the Main Office, 29 Mott Street, NYC 10013.
Contact email@example.com or call 212-962-5265 to schedule your assessment. A $50 assessment fee (non-refundable) per student payable to Transfiguration School.
Register and Submit Documentation
Once you have received official notification of acceptance, you must complete the necessary forms for registration. You must also submit copies of the following records and required payment within two weeks of the date on your acceptance letter or your placement into the school will be forfeited. You may submit these forms in person or email scanned copies to firstname.lastname@example.org
1) Birth Certificate
2) Health Examination Form
3) Enrollment Agreement
4) Optional: Baptism Certificate if Catholic

Transfiguration School uses SMART TUITION to collect its payments. Instructions on how to make your payments electronically will be issued at registration.
